Information provided by email or telephone

When you contact us, we process the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, company and enquiry, to reply and assess a project. Processing is based on steps taken at the individual's request before entering into a contract or, where applicable, contract performance. Administrative and tax obligations have their applicable legal basis. Please do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry.

Browsing, cookies and external services

This version of the website does not install profiling or analytics cookies and does not include advertising tools, embedded maps or externally loaded fonts. The server and hosting provider may process technical access data, such as IP addresses and HTTP requests, to operate and secure the service, based on the legitimate interest in website protection and operation. Links to VisiAutomation, VisiStream and other websites lead to services with their own privacy information. Email links open the user's email application.

Retention and recipients

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the contact, any resulting project and applicable obligations; they are not used for automatic newsletters. Access is limited to authorised personnel and providers supporting email, hosting and IT activities, within their respective roles. Data is not published or sold. Any additional services involving transfers outside the European Economic Area require assessment of the applicable safeguards.

Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority. Providing contact details is optional, but without sufficient information we may be unable to respond to your enquiry.
